General Membership Questions
It usually takes 3-6 weeks for your Welcome Bonus claim to process before we're able to send you a check. If your claim was submitted less than 6 weeks ago, please allow more time for your claim to finish processing.
You must claim your Welcome Bonus within 30 days of joining Travel Plus. Unfortunately, you won't be able to claim your Welcome Bonus if more than 30 days have passed since you joined.
After entering your purchase information during the claim process, you must email your proof of purchase documentation to [email protected]. If you enter your purchase information but do not send your proof of purchase, we won't be able to process your claim and mail you a check.

Here's how to cancel your Travel Plus membership:
- Cancelling from your member account: Sign into your Travel Plus account with your email and password at travelplus.com/login. Click Account from your top menu, then select Cancel Subscription from the dropdown.
- Cancelling through Customer Service: You can cancel your Travel Plus membership by calling our 24/7 Customer Service team at 800-254-5597 or by emailing us at [email protected]. We will process your cancellation request right away.

We’re always looking to add new travel providers and merchants to Travel Plus. If you don’t see a provider you love on our site, contact us to let us know and we’ll do our best to add them to our program!
5% Cash Back on Reservations
To qualify for 5% Cash Back:

Cash Back Travel Rebates
You can claim a rebate of up to $5 for every travel-related expense you pay. With travel rebates. you can save more on a variety of travel expenses like in-flight WiFi, seat upgrades, hotel parking, early or late-check in, additional rental car equipment, GPS fees, and more. Just be sure to save your receipts/payment confirmations to submit with your rebate claims. Visit our Terms of Service for a full list of travel expenses eligible for rebates.
To claim a rebate on a travel expense, click Travel Rebates on your main menu. Select the type of rebate you’re claiming and complete the form. Once you enter all your rebate info, click “Next Steps” to continue.
You must submit your rebate claims within 30 days of the original travel charge. You can claim up to $500 in travel rebates each membership year. Once you submit your claim and proof-of-purchase, we’ll review your claim for approval and mail you a check within 3-6 weeks.
Once the travel provider notifies us of your successful payment, we will process your Cash Back and mail you a check for your earnings.
Unfortunately, rebate claims submitted after the 30-day mark will not be approved for payout.
If you paid for multiple travel expenses throughout the same trip, please be sure to submit an order confirmation or sales receipt for each eligible travel expense you paid.
After you complete your rebate claim on the Travel Plus site, email your order confirmation or sales receipt to [email protected].
